Refund Policy

Our engagements carry a serious price, so this policy is deliberately clear about when refunds and replacements apply.
Before Work Begins
If your application is accepted but you withdraw before we begin the Authority Blueprint or any outreach, you are eligible for a full refund of that billing cycle.
After Work Begins
Once strategy, content creation, or outreach is underway, costs are already committed with publishers, writers, and strategists. Refunds after work has started are prorated based on undelivered placements in the current billing cycle. Minimum-term commitments remain as stated in your engagement.
Link Replacement Guarantee
If any delivered link is removed or de-indexed within 90 days of going live, we will replace it with an equivalent tier-1 placement free of charge. Email us the placement URL and we handle the rest.
What Is Not Refundable
- Placements that have been delivered and remain live as reported.
- Delays caused by missing or incorrect campaign information from the client.
- Ranking or traffic outcomes — see our Terms of Service regarding ranking guarantees.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your engagement details. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
