These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sigmaoutreach.com and any engagement with Sigma Outreach LLC. By using our website or entering an engagement, you agree to these Terms.

Engagements

Sigma Outreach provides blogger outreach, SEO link building, digital PR, and content creation services. Deliverables, publisher tiers, and pricing are defined by the engagement tier you select (Ascent, Dominion, or Sovereign) or by a custom proposal. All engagements begin with an application, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.

Term & Billing

Engagements are billed monthly in advance and carry the minimum term stated for your tier (three months for Ascent, six months for Dominion; Sovereign terms are set by proposal). After the minimum term, engagements continue month to month and either party may end them with 30 days' written notice. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable for the duration of an engagement.

Exclusivity

Where an engagement includes keyword-set exclusivity, we will not accept a competing client for the agreed keyword set during your engagement. Exclusivity is defined per engagement in writing.

No Ranking Guarantees

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside any agency's control. We guarantee the inputs — placement counts, publisher tier, reporting, and exclusivity as agreed — not specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or are authorized to promote the website submitted for an engagement.
• You will provide accurate campaign details (target URLs, keywords, niche) in a timely manner.
• You will not request placements for content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringing in the United States, Switzerland, or the jurisdiction of the host publication.

Link Placements

Placements are made on third-party websites we do not own. We select vetted publishers in good faith, but we cannot control future changes third-party site owners make. If a delivered link is removed within 90 days of placement, we will replace it at no charge.

Intellectual Property

Content we create for your engagement becomes yours upon full payment. The Sigma Outreach name, logo, and website content remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma Outreach's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
